Network Setup

Connect Camera to Local Network:

Connect the camera to your local network using an Ethernet cable. Ensure the camera is connected to a router or switch with an active internet connection.

Configure Camera:

Access the camera's web interface through its IP address. Use the camera's default IP address or scan your network using the IntelligentIP Installer tool to locate it.

Troubleshooting

Cannot Connect to Camera:

Check cable connections, ensure the router or switch is powered on, and try restarting the camera. If using Wi-Fi, ensure the camera is connected to the correct SSID.

Livestream Not Working:

Verify that the camera's livestream URL is correct. Ensure the necessary ports are open in your network firewall and that the camera is connected to the internet.

Camera Not Recognized by DVR:

Check the camera's compatibility with your DVR. Ensure the camera is using the correct network protocol and that its firmware is up to date.

Firmware Upgrade Issues:

Download the correct firmware from the camera manufacturer's website. Follow the instructions provided with the firmware update to avoid bricking the camera.
