Timberwolves Injury Report: Towns Returns, Other Updates
Update on Karl-Anthony Towns
Karl-Anthony Towns has returned to the Minnesota Timberwolves lineup after missing the last two games with a calf injury. He underwent successful surgery on Tuesday and is expected to be back in action for the final regular season game.
Other Injury Notes
In addition to Towns, the Timberwolves are also dealing with the following injuries:
- Anthony Edwards (knee): Day-to-day
- Jaden McDaniels (ankle): Out for the season
- D'Angelo Russell (ankle): Out for the season
The Timberwolves hope to get some of these players back for the playoffs, but they will need several healthy bodies to make a run in the postseason.
